Summary: UbiCare is looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The CSM is responsible for ensuring the success and growth of a portfolio of UbiCare clients. In this critical position, you will match UbiCare’s best ideas, practices, innovations and capabilities to our customers’ needs and strategies to ensure their success and expand their business with us. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing short- and long-term account plans
  • Building client relationships and expanding their business with us.
  • Ensuring clients have an emotional connection to our products and use them effectively
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of each customer to effectively identify opportunities that meet their goals and needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage client life cycle and establish strong client relationships from on-boarding ensuring successful product use and reinforcing value to driving renewals and up-sells.
  • Work with clients to create tailored account plans and demonstrate ROI.
  • Review and interpret analytics to understand client and end-user usage, engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage successful relationships with key decision makers, influencers and users.
  • Leverage client relationships to identify upsell opportunities and gather referrals for new sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the entire UbiCare account team to drive the customer relationship and alignment at all levels.
  • Contribute thought leadership and best practices, both internally and externally, around patient/consumer engagement, and healthcare market trends, competitive positioning, and effectiveness of value proposition.
  • Position includes some travel to customer sites and trade shows/conferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree (advanced degree desirable)
  • Exceptional client interaction and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to project energy and confidence and establish credibility via phone and email communication
  • Organized and methodical with excellent follow-through to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
  • High attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple customers simultaneously
  • Healthcare knowledge and experience is a must
  • Background and interest in technology
  • Awareness of mobile, social, patient/consumer engagement trends

Finance and Operations Manager +

UbiCare is looking for a Finance and Operations Manager who will participate in the general management of the company. The Finance and Operations Manager will be given a wide range of opportunity. He/She will work directly with the VP of Finance and Operations to analyze the company’s finances, create forecasts, prepare budgets and financial reports and make sound business decisions. He/She will be instrumental in Human Resources management and be immersed in UbiCare’s fast-paced evolution with frequent new and exciting challenges.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversight or Responsible for: Finance, Operations, HR.
• Manage accounting, reporting and analysis of financial results.
• Conduct monthly close process, analyze and present financial performance to senior management.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
• Assist in financial budget planning and forecasting, monitor and analyze the variance between actuals and budgets that will enable management to determine progress.
• Assist senior management decisions such as long term objective setting, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Collections processes.
• Augment best practices for workplace finance and operations policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Prepare periodic analysis of operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate risk.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, HR, Technology and Content teams to maximize employee efficiency.
• Review and implement best practices development and evaluation.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to conduct industry, competitive and niche financial analysis.
• Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Finance and Operations Management role.
• Master’s degree, MS in Accounting or MBA.
• Prior experience in accrual-based accounting, such as deferred revenue recognition.
• Strong experience in applying US GAAP.
• Detail oriented and diligent.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of entire MS office package.
• Experience with Quickbooks PRO or similar accounting/finance software preferred.

Summary: We are looking for a Sales Director to join our hardworking, entrepreneurial team. UbiCare’s Sales Director is responsible for initiating and achieving successful sales strategies and tactics to generate new revenue. With a focus on selling innovative total patient engagement solutions to current and new hospital and health system accounts, UbiCare’s Sales Director will perform all duties to ensure revenue achievement, team cohesiveness, client retention and satisfaction. He/she will work closely with our Client Success team to identify and close upsell opportunities, and with Marketing to ensure alignment among campaigns and strategies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Create appropriate strategies to close opportunities among both existing accounts and new business.
• Demonstrate ability to close business.
• Meet or exceed quota.
• Oversee sales reporting and record keeping; provide reports as requested by management.
• Keep staff informed of relevant opportunities to ensure alignment in actions. Clearly explain desired results and goals.
• Make recommendations on sales initiatives and markets.
• Be a leader among the UbiCare team. Provide motivation, recognition, encouragement, and guidance to staff.

Required Qualifications
