Change an Event Date

The "event date" triggers the right message at the right time for your patients. If there is a change, you can update a patient's account to include the new date by following the instructions below:


1.) In the navigation bar, click “Subscribers.

3.) Scroll down to the Events section of the subscriber’s          record. Click “Edit".

4.)  Select a service line and add a new date.

2.) Click the name of the subscriber you would like to edit.

5.) Click "Save".
