Change an Event Date
The "event date" triggers the right message at the right time for your patients. If there is a change, you can update a patient's account to include the new date by following the instructions below:
1.) In the navigation bar, click “Subscribers.”
3.) Click “Edit” in the Subscriptions section.
2.) Click the name of the subscriber you would like to edit.
4.) Enter the new date and click “Update Event.”
