Schedule a New Campaign or Survey

1.) In the navigation bar, click "Projects." Then click "Campaigns" or "Surveys."

2.) Choose your campaign or survey.

3.) Click "Create Schedule."

4.) To choose your audience:

  • Select from, “Target mode,” the subset of your database that you want to send your campaign to.
  • Select from, Target series,” the service line the campaign is coming from.

5.) Select your filters and click "Continue." Note that the filters vary depending on the chosen mode.

6.) If you chose either of the first 2 target modes, “people based on status" or "between 2 points in their series,” select either "Send Now" or "Select Future Date" now to choose when you want to send the campaign. Click "Continue."

7.) Review and approve schedule.
